How do I sign in?
Sign in with the phone number registered at your gym and your password. Pick your country from the dropdown and type the number without the dialling code. Gymio does not use email addresses to sign in.
What is a gym code, and where do I get one?
A gym code is the short number that identifies your gym in Gymio. Ask your gym for it. You enter it once when creating your account, so you join the right gym.
How do I check in at the gym?
Tap Check in in the bottom bar and point your camera at the QR code at the front desk. Scan the same code on your way out to record how long you trained. You cannot check out within five minutes of checking in, so a double scan cannot log a fake session.
I forgot my password
Ask your gym to reset it. Gym owners can set a new password for any member of their gym.
When does my membership expire?
Your home screen shows the end date. It turns amber three days before it expires and red once it has. Renewing while you are still active adds to your existing end date rather than replacing it — you never lose paid days.
Can I pay my fees in the app?
No. Gymio does not process payments. Pay your gym however you normally do, and they record it in Gymio — your membership extends automatically.
Progress photos
Open your profile and tap Progress. Add a photo whenever you want a record, and use Compare to put your first and latest side by side. You can delete any photo yourself at any time.
For gym owners
How do I add my gym?
Install the app, tap Get started, and choose “I own a gym”. Enter your gym name, address and monthly fee. You get a gym code to share with your members, and a default monthly plan you can edit or add to.
How do I add members?
Go to Members and tap +. Enter their name, phone number and plan. They sign in with that phone number and the password you set. Members can also join themselves using your gym code.
How do I record a payment?
Open the member, then record the payment against a plan. Their membership extends from their current end date, so renewing early never costs them days.
Where is my gym's QR code?
On your gym's page. Display or print it at the front desk — that is what members scan to check in.
Can I manage more than one gym?
Yes. You can switch between gyms from one account without signing out.
